When you go to the Sony Connect store, log in, and click on Cart; there is another link in the Cart section for redeeming coupons and gift cards. Click on that and enter the coupon code. The codes have to be entered exactly as given; they are case sensitive. Once entered and accepted, they are applied to your cart.
