Yep, I did it from 2.8.1, and it worked like a dream. Yay, Pocket! The only downside I've noticed so far is a change in the tap zones. I've got it set so that the rightmost two-thirds page forward. On that setting, I used to be able to tap at the top (handy for the way I hold my device when side-lying), and it would page foward. Now, a tap anywhere along the top opens the menubars instead (like a tap in the middle bottom). That's suboptimal.
