DNSB has described where the micro SD slot is on a Kobo Glo. If there isn't one, you don't have a Kobo Glo.

When I click on send to main memory and then re-click my book choice, it loads. Then I must go through the same procedure for every book. I have done exactly what the drop down menu asks, but keep getting the pop up error. To work around I must click the "send to device" icon, which gives me the pop up error, then follow the directions on the pop up error, and then re-click the book and most times it will load. However, after the one book loads, I have to go through the whole procedure for the next book. I'm thinking a program error has developed within my Kobo.
This is all happening in calibre and the operating system on your PC. So, there is nothing wrong with your device. If you followed the instructions I gave to set the default send to device location, it should work. If it doesn't, there there is something wrong with the calibre installation. In that case, follow DNSB's instructions for clearing the configuration directory. If that doesn't work, uninstall calibre and reinstall it.
