Soooo.... I was in the mall today and just happened to notice a Best Buy mobile. You all probably know where this is going. They had the PW2 in stock. I wasn't sure they carried them at the mobile stores, but they do. A rep came over and asked me if I had any questions. I told him no, but I asked if they carried the Kindle PW2. He said they did. I asked him if they've been having any returns on them and told him how I tried 3 PW2's previously and explained to him the problems I had. He said he wasn't sure about the returns, but he asked me if I wanted to buy one and have a look at it in the store first. I said, can I return it on the spot if I see issues? He said sure, no problem. He was super nice about it. I wasn't sure if I had to wait to return it or not, as I've heard you do, but he said no worries, you can return it right away.

Long story short, I shockingly managed to get a good one. He let me look at it for awhile, he was very patient about it. I saw NO pinholes or color hues. I thought maybe when I got back to work with it I'd see something, but it looks perfect! I even checked it out in the office bathroom with the light off. hee hee. The screen is not as yellow as the others I had, but it is more creamy than my PW1. The contrast looks pretty good too!

I have my PW1 at work with me and I've compared them side by side and so far, so good! I believe I finally have a keeper!!!
