Attach the Cybook to your computer, and if you have Windows XP:

Check which drive units your Cybook and SD-card has been assigned? Forinstance, F and G which mine usallay is named, once you figured that out open a command prompt, by clicking start and select run, and enter cmd in the run prompt.

Inte tha scary "black hole" that opens, you type in chkdsk X: where you replace X with the drive letters for your Cybook, so for instance, chkdsk F:
