1st, I do agree, it's a lost battle, because no matter what someone will always be unhappy. I personally don't care what tags are on a book, it's my responsibility to know what I'm buying, so I don't notice or complain, that's on me. But with a company that size , it's their problem to figure out their filtering process if they're going to be the ones to take the heat from it. Just pulling all self-pub authors is a ridiculous response, IMO. I'm not saying the fix is easy, I'm just saying their response is ludicrous. Gah, I don't like getting into these kinds of discussions for this reason, there's no easy answer. I just know I don't appreciate censorship, the same as I don't appreciate generalizations [ie all erotica is pornography]. That's the point I was trying to make.
