My wife & I read a lot of pdfs on our Kindle PW in landscape mode. However, it is infuriating to have to find your place, somewhere in the middle of the display, every time you turn to the bottom of the page, since it doesn't mark where you were in any way (like my PocketBook 360 did with a nice horizontal line). I tried k2pdfopt and disliked the part where a small pdf becomes 40mb. Jailbreaking & using KOReader doesn't mark either (though I think the zoom was a bit better).

So, are there any touch screen, e-ink readers that mark your progress down the page of a pdf when you turn it, or when you turn just put a lot of white space at the bottom so that the top of the page is the next line?
