I use Trebuchet that has added weight to it. I modified it myself. It really does help me read on my devices. I can read for hours and I can comfortable read without any letter movement. If you look at the letters they are easier to identify. I love this font!
Line spacing does really make all the difference. I add a blank space after every paragraph as well as indentation.
