Read CAREFULLY what I said. No way would Amazon or eBay allow stolen units to be sold. The person, who reported they purchased a stolen unit, is either LYING or MISTAKEN. Ebay also does not allow stolen units of any brand to be sold there.
If anyone purchased a stolen unit anywhere, it should be turned over to the police. It is CONTRABAND and illegal to keep it. If it was purchased on eBay, it should be reported to eBay as well. Just remember, the PURCHASER of stolen property may also be committing a felony if he did that knowingly.
