[Aeris]

I've updated the Instafetcher app from seird adding these features:

- support for instapaper subfolder (other then "Read later")
- support for up to 3 different instapaper accounts (or folders), with prebuilt json menu and scripts
- Visual feedback of download status and errors
- If wifi is OFF, the script turn it ON automatically until the download is finished
- Added a button for cleaning the download folder

The code is quite redundant but it's my first bash script :P Enjoy!
