KindleGen... Completely forgot about that one. I have an idea I'll try tomorrow (increase max toc entries, as the large books invariably have a lot of them), and I'll see if that works. If not, I'll look into KindleGen for these huge books. Splitting them up is doable, but each volume costs about 20 minutes to make and tweak, so splitting into 2 volumes already is 40 minutes of work. Some books need to be split into 4 volumes. I'd rather avoid this, as it needs to be redine each time Delphi updates the book.
