Is there a way to make the book title display permanently like in firmware 2.x ? Or somehow adding a top margin to files(couldn't find a way to do it), both would work for me.

I have a kindle 2 that has a small screen defect on top right, that's why I need a bit of a margin to have all the text visible. (updated to 3.2.1 using yifanlu's script)
