I posted a question to their customer support 2 days ago and haven't heard back, so I went to the getsatisfaction site to see if anyone else had the same question and in case I needed to give the issue a little jog with an incident number, and this:

I am not on Twitter or Facebook, nor do I want to be. <sigh>. Well, I'm only using their app now anyway because I do buy their ebooks and what I'm reading with their apps can be sync'd.
This looks like a recent development, as when I view the archives, there are posts there from 3 days ago. Looking further, I see this happened as of Sept 30.
