No, it makes perfect sense, because tablets are a far more popular way to read ebooks than PCs. And maybe a more popular way than dedicated ereaders now. The survey is not just asking about device ownership. It's correlating reading habits with device ownership and it shows that owning a tablet is significant to reading more, just like owning an reader.
