Robert, although I'm sure the picture I saw doesn't represent the final product, please work on the aesthetics some more. The logo in particular looks a bit cheesy. A small, tasteful logo is preferred. One of the main reasons I don't like the Kindle (besides their DRM model) is it got whacked repeatedly by the ugly stick.
Take some design cues from Sony on this one, when it comes to style they know what they're doing.
