I use calibre to sync ebooks to my kindle, and I use the kindle collections plugin to choose which collection the ebooks will go into when I sync them across. However recently, I've also been editing the collections on the kindle itself (i.e. after reading a book I manually move it into a 'read' collection). When I next sync the kindle & update collections using the plugin in calibre, will it overwrite the collections that I changed on the kindle? Is there a good way of syncing collections both ways, so that calibre is updated to match the collections I changed on the kindle?
