It is UF, but it has a strong May-December romance between Cady, the 25 YO heroine and Lon, the 40-ish hero (who also has an adorable 13 YO son named Jupe, who steals every scene he's in). Cady is smart and very mature for her age so the romance is believable and the paranormal elements are very different from the usual vamps, werewolves, etc.
This must be US only It's been on my tbr list for awhile, but shows as $8.99 in Canada.
