Well, I have an ancient (by tech standards) Android 2.1 phone, so I'm probably not in a position to cast my vote on this, but I do have lots of experience with recent tablets from both systems, and iOS simply cannot complete with Android as far as my needs are concerned.

The single biggest difference that makes Android the winner for me is access to the file system. Using EX File Explorer I can copy files back and forth from my tablet, to my FTP server, to my Sky Drive, and to my PC. And I can also delete and move files from all those locations with ease, as well as open files in whatever program I want.

Not having even rudimentary access like this on iOS drive me up the wall.
