I'm from Brazil, and my Kobo came from factory with the firmware 2.5.1. Maybe this is the reazon of the problem?

Nevertheless, i try both factory's resets (holding the home button and with the back hole) and nothing changes

i also tried, after reading some messages here in the forum, pull out the back cover and disconnect the battery from the power for a while, and reconnected again (maybe this caused other bug, now is more difficult to power the device) and tried to take out the internal memory card, put it on my computer and place a new Kobo firmware at the .kobo directory (after unziped) and again, nothing happens.

What do i do?
I think you are going to have to get someone to send you a link to download an image of the the internal uSD card for a Touch N905C so you can restore it. At a guess, you attempted to install the old Touch (N905 or N905B) version of the firmware on a new Touch (N905C).

Check in the Kobo Developer's Corner where there are a couple of threads about obtaining images of the internal card. See this thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=211265
