This stuff looks good; need to keep an eye on that.

If one wants to read it now, there are... uhm... *cough*... "unauthorized" versions to be found on Teh Webz... don't know the quality, though. Probably old (and bad) OCR's. Was the case with any book that was never converted into an ebook that I ever tried to find.
