I read The Last Hour of Gann last week, and I loved it! I highly recommend it, especially for sci-fi romance lovers and perhaps for dystopian/post-apocalytic lovers as well. It was worth every penny of that $6.50. The book is massive, like a trilogy all in one.

The sample is a good (and long) representation of the book, so I recommend trying it first. I was a bit scared to buy it b/c of what I'd heard about some of the author's other books. I got it from amazon, so I could return it in the event of "offensive content". After all that trepidation, I loved it! I can barely bring myself to read anything else, b/c I keep thinking about it. It wasn't perfect or flawless, but I gave it 5 stars. Will likely re-read it at some point.
