She's normally good at mentioning triggers and she didn't say anything about that. I'll ask her about it. If it's happening in the 'world' generally I can stomach my way past it but not if it's happening between the main characters
I'm 1/3 through the sample (which is over 45,000 words long!) and it's good so far; steady pacing but quite interesting. The ship the heroine and her sister were on just crash-landed
somewhere (this is
not a spoiler

) and my anxiety level is increasing in tandem with hers
