Hi,

This is my first post. I don't know if I’m posting in the right place.

I can’t understand how to create a Table of Contents for my Kindle ebook with Calibre, even though I could easily convert my word document and create a nice ebook with this wonderful software.

I read Calibre’s guidelines but they are too confusing.

Could you help me with this matter?
