I noticed your signature reference to chocolate. I suggest you google +sugar +inflammation +pain and do some research. Every time I get stuck into the chocolate, biscuits or high carbs, my shoulder, left foot and thumbs give me hell. I lay off the sugar for a weekmor so and, although it doesn't go away completely, I get good relief.
