I can believe that. I saw it back in the days when I beta tested new FW for the Kobo Touch. The hardware was great, but the FW was defective. We would get blasted every time we made suggestions, mostly by people who were not a part of the beta group.
I long ago quit going to the official Apple forums because of this same reason. Heaven forbid you report a problem. I got so mad one day I told an @#$% poster with a zillion posts and rewards who kept annoying me that he was nothing but an
ipodophile. That was several years ago and I am still banned from the official Apple forums for life!
I like some Apple products, and I certainly like Amazon books and products, but I will not hesitate to point out flaws in hopes of achieving better products in the future.
