Yes, my PW 2013 is better than my PW 2012 due to better contrast but both are great eReaders. When I use them, I only concentrate on the eBooks I am READING. I don't take 3 hours to closely examine the cosmetics.
The only key problem I would note would be MECHANICAL failures like freezes which this poll did not even address.

Well, I guess some folks just don't have analytical minds. I guess they see things only in pure black and white with no shades of grey.
