Yeah it's definitely a problem with the metadata, during the conversion from PDF to MOBI, whatever tool you used probably wasn't able to retrieve the title of the book properly and instead used some hash-sum of the book to avoid creating several files with the same name.

Your best bet is to use Calibre to convert them and then edit the metadata easily and transfer them to your Kindle device.
