Factory reset? I tried all things. Power+light button press long & power+reset pinhole, power+pinhole. Power led turn on normally and turn off soon, screen not change.
Forgive my poor english. But I hope you understand my astonishing situation.
As a result make conclusion with your saying... kobo good bye.
