The thing is my cards are by two different banks and One a Mastercard it refuses to take at any time since the new site and now my Visa which I use all the time.  Paying with Paypal I get charge foreign transaction fees. |
I just pay the fees via paypal. easier that dealing with having my CC continually shut down for suspected fraud (either the 99 cent purchases, the pre-auths or the out of country issue; I've had them all).
