Contact Paypal to enter the dispute if they wont listen. Paypal is really good on fixing things like that.
The thing is my cards are by two different banks and One a Mastercard it refuses to take at any time since the new site and now my Visa which I use all the time.

Paying with Paypal I get charge foreign transaction fees.
