I had issues on Oct 1, but it was Paypal. Kobo page said "sorry there was a problem, try your purchase again" and Paypal sent me an immediate receipt that they paid Kobo for the book. I was on my iPad and Paypal always pops up a message whenever I pay for anything with Paypal. Three days later and I'm still trying to get Kobo to give me the book I paid for.
It's my first time to use Kobo support that I've had issues with them.
Edited to add when I checked my email late last night after we got home they'd sent a mail saying the book was in my library. So even though it was slow, they did take care of it!
