That's a nice idea, tomaschavez00! And Mono, you seem to have another version of the cover. I only have to wonder if you got a newer or an older version, given that I got my M92 this year. Some kind of bumper on the device seems like a good fix, though.
But still, it is always frightening to experience how poorly products are designed. Such simple things.
To come back to the firmware topic: Currently my test is in hiatus, because the device is frozen. When I press the power/sleep button, I only get some blue flashes from the LED. I guess that belongs into a separate thread.
(Update: Ah, right that seems to be the procedure for flat battery (but still enough for the LED) ... but it happend rather suddenly, so I suppose it is combined with a firmware bug that drained the battery; or it's faulty. Shouldn't be worn out after less than a year!)
Before that, it also managed to forget a scribble that was rather important. I suppose the app crashed and it had not stored in between. There should be periodic saving in the background to take care of that ... software is never bug-free and if a document is open for a whole day or more, it's really well worth the effort to save it a few times.
Anyhow, I'm still hoping that there will be a stable firmware with multitasking feature. The device is great, but it is, as the DR1000, still let down by the state of the software. I strongly assume that the tendency to disable drawing and forcing me to move the stylus away and approach again is a software thing, too ... I have to, because if it's fixed in the sensor, then it sucks even more.
Damn, here I am again hoping for software improvements. Didn't I learn from the iRex? On the bright side, perhaps my M92 is actually broken in hardware to gernerate that unawakable state.
