I'm a little confused. Which is working, and which is not? Are you emailing them to the kindle device and they're arriving to your archives, but not arriving on the device? If you access your archives FROM that device, are you able to get them that way? Or can you not even see them? But you CAN see them (and download them) from your iPad?

BTW, Whispersync does not support mobi files. If you want them to sync across your devices, then they have to be converted to a file format that supports Whispersync (azw, PRC, etc).

When you email mobi files to your kindled, simply type the word convert in the subject and they'll be automatically converted to the proper format.
