I just did a full Reset with deregistration on my KK 2009. I'm giving it away as a gift. The PW 2013 is the best yet. Buy it. Don't be scared by all the complaints here. Perception is the key. If you are tolerant of minor imperfections, then the device is the best ever.

I have not been able to verify any defect reported here as material to me on my own PW 2013. However, we are all different. If you are dissatisfied, you can return the device for a full refund.
