Because here are given direct links to Kobo firmware, both links to 2.8.1 and to 2.8.1B are actually the same link to 2.8.1B.
Perhaps this could be spelled out next to the actual link and/or the duplicate link removed to avoid confusion.
BTW, the same situation is also with 2.6.1

I marked this as important, because Metazoa did not confirm yet that his 2.8.1 patch works also with 2.8.1B. And if you don't want to be the first to try, keep it in mind.
libnickel.so.1.0.0 was changed (different size) so direct hex editing in the newer version may cause unpredictable results.
