Plus, in K4PC the Collections do NOT sort alphabetically. My Collections are as follows:

01-Husband
02-Wife
03-History
04-Biography
05-Bible Study
06-Fiction
07-Active Content
08-Documents
09-Guides.

I've used a Device Reset on my KK 2009 since I am giving it away on Christmas. That leaves me with K4PC, KFHD 2012, PW 2012 and PW 2013.

KFHDX 2013 is on order.

The only return I ever made was with KK 2009. All the rest came in perfect condition. I have never purchased any Apple products and never will. Gifts of Apple products I have re-gifted within a week. All my grandkids use Apple products re-gifted by me.
Did you clean out the collections on the KK 2009? If not, those will show up on any eink devices on your import list. You can double check it but selecting the Import Collections option and see if it shows up on the list. As to K4pc they are sorted based the order they were created. If you do not have a lot of collections this is no big deal, but if you have a lot it becomes cumbersome to find them quickly and easily. Personally I have 95 "real" collections in k4pc, that does not include the placeholders or the headers of the different sections.
