If one has less than 10 Collection Names, it should be a quick and easy process.

It should be an quick and easy process but I've found that it is not. I manage my collections for my Amazon purchases (over 3000 books) and I have over 100 collections in my main K4PC app. They are not that bad but I have empty placeholders every third or fourth collection, so I can easily add a collection in the various sections, if necessary. I also like them alphabetized and K4pc doesn't allow you to do this easily, hence another reason for the placeholders. I've changed computers and hard drives over the years so my account has 4 k4pc apps attached to it although I actually only have the 1 active app.
My paperwhite does not have as many collections on it as my k4pc app since I only keep @250 books on it, but they all use the same naming convention. Ideally I would like to be able to import my k4pc collections into my paperwhite but unfortunately I cannot get any collections to import into my paperwhite and when I experiment trying to import on a test k4pc app, they all import incorrectly with old collection names. And for the correct collections name it creates a duplicate with an @en at the end of it. Which is another point of contention because it was my understanding if the name was the same it would import the books into the existing collection.
As you can tell, I am confused and frustrated, which is the main reason I would like tech support to wipe my slate clean and let me start off new.
