I did the fresh install and restarted the conversion jobs last night. So far, that error message has not reappeared, tho the jobs will take another day or so.
And yes, I did create a custom column. There was no "Formats" default column available in the list, so I did add it. I have done this many times before; I just did not notice the 2 listings before, possibly due to my screen scaling, which hides the lower one unless I intentionally scroll further down.
Thanks for the replies; I will keep an eye on this and if the error message reappears, I will jump into the bug reporting thing.
