This is from a library perspective.
Well I watched the video and it's going to be interesting. They're introducing several different choices when it comes to payment models for the library. Apart from the old system (libraries pay per borrowed book) you can have buy-by-demand and variable pricing by the Publishers, there might be other choices as well but it's a bit fuzzy. If I understand correctly, libraries will also get access to the thousands of new titles that now are quarantined from lending.

The other big change is that the are are finally going to do something about their website. They've had the same website since they started 2002 which means it really sucks on small screens. They haven't dared change it with the conflict going on in the Swedish book world but now they're going to split their site into two, one for purchase and one for lending. That way, if a library wants to fully integrate the ebooks into their own catalog, they don't have to pay for a website they don't need to use. Also Elib is going to add a "look inside" feature of some sort, this is great because a lot of books are being downloaded and not read.

Another issue is that people aren't able to borrow and listen to elibs streamed audio books on anything tablet-y due to licensing. Hopefully some sort of solution will be found.

That's about it as far as I can tell. This is supposed to happen the first quarter 2014.
