Combined ? Ok now I am totally confused, how do you "combine" two different versions of a same patch? ok let me add my conf file in an edit of this post...
Note that I added "zip" so that it can be uploaded, just remove that extension.
Also as I said I went back to "full screen with no page x of y" at the bottom so this config is with that in mind.

You can use those values if you have successfully combined v07 with v05 or v06. Perhaps you did this after reading the whole thread? If so, seeing your kpg.conf would just let us check that it looks OK. |
