I agree. I was going to wait until mid-October and pick one up at a local Best Buy, but I changed my mind. If I get one, and that is looking less likely now, I will order direct from Amazon so I can get it replaced or return it if necessary. Really sad that Amazon cannot seem to get control of their quality assurance problems.
