It's finally here!

Well, my Aura HD finally arrived! (took the scenic route, Missauga, ON to Cincinnati, Ohio via Chicago...). Haven't had a chance to do much with it yet, other than update the firmware and load my books, but I did take a quick peek at one of my camping books and I must say the sharpness and resolution of the screen, combined with the ability to enlarge pictures makes the reader a joy to use when looking at maps that feature fine details.

I was also pleased to discover that the reader is smaller in person than I'd imagined...it doesn't feel that much larger than my old Kobo wifi, even though the screen is larger. The angled rear really does make holding it comfortable as well. So far I'm very pleased...it is indeed the Cadillac of e-ink readers!
