None. They all have similar tag systems (collections, shelves), but not a directory structure. For that type of feature you'll need to look at devices from Bookeen, Onyx & PocketBook (there are probably others). IIRC you can do folders on the Nook too (rumors are a new one is coming soon).



Some Devs do have CoolReader running on Kobo devices which might give you access to a directory structure and I think this might have been done for Kindle as well, but I'm not 100% sure and I'm not sure at what stage of development/stability these projects are at.
