I can't read on any device, book, magazine or newspaper without my glasses. I've had reading prescriptions for 30 years. The closer I bring the reading material to me the worse it is, but its blurry no matter how I hold it.
I have varilux (progressives) and reading glasses. I can use one or the other for reading.
