My original delivery date said Oct 2. Then the FEDEX site showed it as Oct 3 via Smart Post. Now there is no delivery date shown on FEDEX and they only say that the paperwork was received at 8:21 AM on Sep 30.
Thus, there is no way to know where the unit is coming from. I only know where the paper work came from.
So far it appears it could arrive any time from Oct 1 to Oct 3. It could well be in a "locker" near my house and they are awaiting the post office to pick it up.
Hopefully, Amazon stocked all their local warehouses with inventory to assure delivery by Oct. 2 where that date was promised. It still shows Oct. 2 at the Amazon site.
I have Prime and frequently have received one day deliveries without paying extra. Smart Post in my area sometimes arrives via the regular mail truck but frequently from a special USPS delivery truck.
When I ordered, I was given a choice to pick up at the "locker" whose address would be shown if I checked "yes." I declined that offer and opted for delivery to my house.
