Starting Hollywood and Hitler, 1933-1939 by Thomas Doherty. So far,an excellent discussion of the evolution of Hollywood's portrayal of Hitler and Nazism. At 100 pages in now, some excellent discussion of Nazi treatment of the film industry, and early newsreel representations of the Nazis.
