Do you mean when you open the annotation list from the home screen? If so, it is a known bug with the annotation handling. See for https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...39#post2494439 a more complete list. That was written for 2.5.1, but they all still exist. The bug I think you are talking about is another side effect of reading the annotations from the file.
