I was over at Smashwords this evening and noticed they have made a nice change in personal library settings. If someone bought a book that is no longer sold there is a box below the title that says:

Book (title) is unpublished . You can see it because you own it.

I think it's a very nice change. If they are only under
Account History it's easy to miss a book that you bought before it was withdrawn, but with the box you don't have to worry about that.
