I agree with the penguin. If all you want to do is read, you're better off with the Glow. It fits better in your pocket and the battery lasts a long time.
I don't play games on my HD+, but I do watch a lot of movies and check my email occasionally. The HD+ has a larger screen that's great for reading magazines also (7" screens aren't real great for that). If you plan on doing more than reading, the HD or HD+ would be a great choice.
