This, precisely. But overall, I dislike Android, so that is another factor for me. People rave about the keyboard options, but I never found one that I liked more than iOS and I never could get the hang of selecting text. Drove me batty.
And, yeah, the Android versions of my favorite iOS apps almost always feel inferior.
I'm probably going to give my 2012 Nexus 7 to my 6 year old niece this Christmas if a retina iPad mini comes out this year. I can't even sell it for half of what I paid less than six months after I bought it. For now I keep it as a backup in case I break my iPad again. That was a hellish week I still shudder to think about.
I've always done very well selling used Apple devices.
